Base Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00+
Incentives: National Average $40,000. (No Caps)

We are a Fortune 500 Corporation providing upscale services and product for other Fortune 500 Corporations within certain demographics. Our services and products are associated strongly within the Travel & Hospitality Industries, although our clients represent a broad spectrum of companies; including but not limited to Pharmaceuticals, Banking, Manufacturers, Technology, etc.

The role of Vice President Multinational Sales is to present diversified services and product lines to the Top US Corporations (Fortune 500). You will have the advantage of working along side a Vice President of Account Management.

The preferred candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) from a four year college or university; or 5-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent of education and experience.

The preferred candidate has noteworthy experience in the following areas:
• Working in a similar position within the travel industry or related industries.
• Sales management (achieving sales/profit goals for sales territory/region)
• Business acumen (business knowledge, competitor awareness, organization strategies)

The preferred candidate possesses the following competencies:
• Integrity and work commitment (trust, confidentiality, fair process, positive attitude, honesty)
• Able to influence others (gain support, influences commitment to business/customer)
• Oral communication (face to face, telephone, giving/getting information, listening)
• Top Sales skills (presentation of products and developing customer sales)
• Sales management (achieving sales/profit goals for sales territory/region)
• Self reliance (works independently, gets things done, takes responsibilities)
• Handles difficult clients and customer relations (resolution of complaints, problems, presenting options and solutions, compromise, and creating win-win situations)
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible (adjusts to multiple demands, work area/organization needs/change)
• Results orientation (quality, quantity, efficiency, performance, high expectation)
• Thinks strategically (future oriented, adjust to trends, thinks in strategic terms)
• Establishes and tracks projects and plans against goals and budget (sets and monitors budget, forecast resources, establishes measurements, controls costs)
• PC skills (windows, off-the-shelf software as related business)- especially Word and Excel
• Must possess a corporate wardrobe
The preferred candidate is also one who demonstrates the following:

While performing this job, it will require:
• Eight (8) hours or more a day of sitting; walking; standing; bending; answering the telephone; entering data into the computer; retrieving data from the computer or analyzing data from reports.
• This position may require overnight travel up to 30% (including travel by car and by airplane).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to fly on an airplane.
